Adequate, but Some Deficiencies

humid room uncomfortable pillows
My room felt quite cramped. The air conditioning seemed off. The room felt humid for the duration of my stay. I also found the pillows uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I had hoped for a more comfortable experience.

limited equipment closed garden
The room felt smaller than I anticipated. The gym's equipment was sparse. I saw only a couple of machines and no free weights. I was looking forward to using the garden, yet the chill area near the gym was closed. The Wi-Fi was also spotty, cutting out at times, a real problem when I needed it for planning my day.

the location offers easy access to multiple subway lines. i found the staff helpful. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness. there were also many restaurants nearby.

Excellent Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

close metro convenient laundry
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to metro stations. A 7-Eleven accessible from the hotel elevator was also helpful. Laundry was available on level 12. This was very convenient. I found the staff to be quite friendly. I also noted that the hotel has great amenities.
The level of cleanliness in the room was not what I expected. I saw some marks on the walls. I also noticed hairs on the bed. Dust was visible on some surfaces.

The hotel includes a 7-Eleven directly accessible via the elevator. This provides easy access to snacks and essentials at any time. A laundry room is located on the 12th floor with coin-operated machines. These machines cost 500 yen for a 6kg wash and dry cycle.

Rooms include travel-sized cosmetic products for guest use and cleaning products are provided. I had the Superior Queen Non-smoking room. The bed measured 160cmx190cm. The room featured modern facilities and good insulation, I never needed the heater.

The staff members were kind and took care of my belongings when tidying up the room daily. The reception team was communicative and always ready to assist with any requests. I was happy with the assistance I received.

I thought the breakfast buffet was adequate, it offered a good selection of options. The restaurant provides a range of local and international dishes for breakfast and dinner. I found several dining options nearby.

bad air quality moldy ac
The 7-Eleven downstairs seemed pretty good. It was easy to buy drinks and snacks there.
The air quality in my room was terrible. I think this building is old and cleaning maintenance isn't done. The A/C system seemed really dusty and moldy to me. I couldn't breathe well and the dust irritated my nose and eyes.
